The Most Popular Employee Communications Workshop is Now Virtual!

October 14, 15 and October 21, 22
Crescenzo Communications has worked all summer on recreating our popular, full-day workshop: The Master Class of Employee Communications, to work in the virtual world. And it’s ready. We are pumped!

“Steve Crescenzo is one of the most entertaining seminar leaders I’ve seen in 30 years of putting on events. Through his nearly outrageous humor and his ideas, he doesn’t just make the audience smarter, he galvanizes it into a communication tribe. With a totally different style, Cindy Crescenzo is a force of nature—warm, engaging and an utter master of her subject matter. Together they turn strangers into colleagues and colleagues into family. It’s really something to see, and be a part of.”
David Murray | Executive Director, Professional Speechwriters Association, Executive Communication Council

You don’t want to miss this!

We have taught the Master Class to rave reviews to thousands of communicators on five continents and hundreds of cities. And we are STILL constantly adding new case studies and best practices. We even have a section on Covid-19 communications in the virtual Master Class.

One reason our Master Class is so popular is that it is the ONLY workshop that covers just about every aspect of employee communications: strategy, planning, tactics, channels, writing, measurement, and more.

If you want to improve every aspect of your employee communications, this is the event for you. And when you think what it would cost to bring top-rated speakers Steve and Cindy Crescenzo into your organization to deliver this content, you’re practically getting it for free!

We are keeping the individual registration as low as possible and offering steep discounts for groups, so you and your entire team can participate. We have packed a lot of best practices, case studies, real-life examples, interactive exercises, and conversation into each session.

Just a few of the topics we’ll cover:

  • What you need to do to move from being everyone’s private publisher—a glorified company Kinkos!—to a strategic counselor to internal clients and leadership.
  • How to do less and do it better
  • Tie everything you communicate to the organization’s strategic goals
  • Take those tired, old stories and flip them upside down — so that people actually pay attention to them
  • Develop a channel strategy that reaches the right audience, in the right format at the right time
  • How to create content using modern and traditional tools for the modern audience—including virtual workers, remote employees, and field workers who don’t sit at a computer all day
  • How to create a measurement dashboard that helps you see at-a-glance how your communication efforts are doing.
  • How to create a practical, workable communication plan that will guide all your efforts and evolve with all the changes constantly coming our way–all while delivering results

“The Crescenzos are the perfect mix of reality and results. As an attendee, fellow consultant, and conference planner, I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Steve and Cindy in action. Steve the performer, who makes the mundane so entertaining that time flies…even online. Cindy, who leaves you with practical tips and tools you can use to drive change. It’s never a surprise that Steve and Cindy often get standing-room only attendance and top rating at every event. They’ve been passionate about Internal Communication for the past 25 years I have been in the business and have had a real impact on Internal Communication’s  evolution as a key enabler of organizational success.”   Priya Bates | Inner Strength Communication Inc.

This isn’t your typical, same-old webinar

We didn’t want to just do a “Webinar” version of the Master Class. That’s no fun.

We wanted to take everything we love about our face-to-face seminars—fun exercises, valuable takeaways, dialogue, Q&A, networking and of course the case studies and best practices—and bring it to the virtual world.

We are even going to schedule voluntary, virtual “Happy Hours!” It just wouldn’t be a Crescenzo Communications event without our Happy Hour! We’ll schedule a Zoom cocktail hour with the group to swap stories, network, trade ideas, and commiserate with each other. It’ll be like Group Therapy!
BYOB, unless we can figure out a way to pay for your booze).

When is it?

Our Master Class is typically a one-day workshop, but we know you don’t want to sit in front of a computer all day, so we’ve broken it up into four 1.5-hour sessions. Your registration gives you access to all four sessions. Each session will be presented live according to the following schedule:

It is the biggest bang you can get for your training buck! And one great thing: If you or someone on your team can’t make the session on any particular day, you will get a recording of each session, so you can watch it when it fits best in your schedule.

You’ll get FREE stuff too!

Every registrant will receive the following … completely FREE

  • From Corporate to Creative Writing-Tips E-book
  • Communication Planning Tools
  • Step-by-step how-to guide: Create a Meaningful Measurement Dashboard
